Card checkout for tickets is not fully live yet. You can still list a night with an outside ticket link. Free events work now.

We tell you. You don’t have to keep checking.
Emails go to the venue login. Phone banners go to the Bloom app on the owner or staff phone — not Mixer, not a dating profile. Turn the weekly email off later in the desk if you want.

- What’s the difference between the plans?
- Starter is a full listing — one perk, nights, door, and staff. Pro adds more photos, up to five perks, date-night packs, first-date ideas in Messages after a match, stats, and ads. Elite puts you at the top of Discover and gives you a named person at Bloom.
- Can I start free and upgrade later?
- Yes. Sign up on Starter with no card. Upgrade to Pro or Elite from the venue desk when you want more reach.
- Can I run ads on the free plan?
- No. Starter is listing only. Discover ads and Top Spot are on Pro and Elite. Brands without a listing still enquire on Advertise.
- Is Mixer involved?
- You never appear as a dating profile. On Pro and Elite, Bloom can drop your café into Messages when two members match nearby — first-date ideas, automatically. Starter listings stay on Discover and Events only.
- Do I have to be LGBTQ+ owned?
- No. You do have to be a respectful, safe space for LGBTQ+ adults. We can turn a listing down if it isn’t.
- How long until we’re live?
- After you submit, Bloom staff review it. You’ll get an email when you’re live — or if we need a change.
- Can several staff log in?
- Yes. The owner invites counter or door people from the venue dashboard so they can redeem perks or scan tickets without seeing billing.
- Will you ping us when someone claims a perk?
- Yes — a phone banner the moment someone claims a perk or grabs a ticket, if they have the Bloom app and alerts on. Every Monday we also email claims, redemptions, and offer views. You’ll get an email when the listing goes live. Before a night you can email guests from the desk. Turn the Monday email off under Plan in the venue desk.
- Is this the same as member Sign up?
- No. Member Sign up is for people joining Mixer. This page is only for venues. Sign up for free opens the listing form.
- What if I already have a member account?
- Use a different email for the business. Mixer and the venue desk stay separate so a staff phone doesn’t open someone’s dating profile.
- Can I advertise without listing?
- Yes — brands can enquire on Advertise without a listing (brand rates). Listed venues run ads from the desk on Pro or Elite.
- What happens after I tap Sign up for free?
- You go to the listing form (email, password, name, suburb). It does not send you back to the Bloom home page.
