18 U.S.C. § 2257 records statement

1. What this notice is

This is Bloom App Services’s public statement under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A (United States record-keeping rules for certain visual depictions). Bloom is an Australian LGBTQ+ social and dating service for adults. We publish this notice so members, partners, and payment providers can see who keeps age records and how to reach them.

2. What Bloom is — and is not

Bloom does not produce studio adult films or hire performers for sexually explicit productions. Profiles, photos, and other media on Bloom are uploaded by members or by venues we list. Bloom is a platform operator. To the extent any material on Bloom could be treated as a visual depiction covered by § 2257 or § 2257A, Bloom maintains the records those laws require and identifies the custodian below.

Bloom is 18+ only. Members must confirm they are at least 18. We may require identity or age verification. Content involving minors is strictly forbidden and is removed and reported. See our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

3. Member responsibility

By uploading a photo or video, you represent that:

• You are 18 or older
• Every person shown is 18 or older
• You have the right to upload it, and it shows you (or you have consent)
• It does not depict anyone under 18, even if fictional or “role-play”

5. What we keep

Where we collect it, we retain information that supports age eligibility — for example date of birth provided at sign-up, and identity or liveness checks where those are turned on. We keep these records for as long as the law and our Privacy Policy require.
